Kathy Duckett, MSN, RN, is a member of the Master Medical Network LLC advisory board, bringing expertise in population health management and e-health innovation in the post-acute market.  She is a Master of Innovation and currently runs K. Duckett Consulting LLC, a boutique firm specializing in clinical, regulatory and financial operations management for home health care with an emphasis on technology integration.

Ms. Duckett’s experience ranges from Chief Clinical Officer for CareGroup Parmenter Home Care & Hospice with a mandate for clinical, financial, and quality operations, clinical strategy and regulatory compliance, to Director of Population Health for the VNA Care Network (Massachusetts), where she developed Remote Patient Monitoring and Virtual Medical Visit pilot programs,  to the Sutter Center for Integrated Care, where as Director of Training and Development she was responsible for the Hospice, Home Care, and Patient Centered Medical Homes programs and integrating telemonitoring protocols into care plans and workflows and to directorship of Clinical Programs at Partners Healthcare at Home (part of Partners Healthcare System) where she received ten Partners in Excellence awards for her work in developing innovative programs in telemonitoring and chronic care.

Ms. Duckett is an editorial board member of Home Healthcare Nurse, serves as the vice-chair of the American Telemedicine Association’s Home Telemedicine and Remote Monitoring Special Interest Group, of which she is also a former chairperson.  She appears regularly as a speaker and panelist at industry conferences on topics pertaining to e-Care, integrated care management, telemedicine, home healthcare, and innovation in healthcare.  Kathy received her Master’s in Nursing at Drexel University with a focus on Innovation and Intra/Entrepreneurship in Advance Nursing Practice.
